Please read my comments on N4AØF review on Borax Apr 25, 2009

Please read my comments on N4AØF, seems like all of his comments are Ø or 1*. We do have 8 indoor pets and one got away by tearing the screen in our lanai, returning covered with fleas. Luckily 90% of the living area of our home has hard wood flooring with the exception of one bedroom (carpeted). The Vet. Prescribed Frontline® Plus and suggesting the use of a box of "20 mule team" Borax, for the carpeted area & everyone's bedding. We are flea less in less than a week. I also recommend this product for your washing machine, dishwasher and sinks plus many other uses.

CHEAP laundry booster that deodorizes and whitens without bleach Aug 13, 2010
By Paul J. Yoh

I fell for the hype by Oxyclean and paid $18 for a large bucket hoping I would have fresh smelling laundry and sparking white whites. I was disappointed with the results.
One time I was shopping at local grocery store and I happened to see 20 Mules Borax on the shelf and was reading the box and curiosity was piqued and since it was only 3 dollars for the box, I thought no harm in trying in my laundry. Well, after several washes with noticeably fresh smelling laundry and definitely noticeable white towels with no bleach being used, I was sold on this product.
I highly recommend in using this product. Previously I also used baking soda with my laundry detergent to get the smell out and it did not work as well as Borax.
I use Borax as laundry booster with one of those ecogreen liquid laundry detergents.

Great for laundry, no irritating perfumes ! Sep 28, 2009
By Thrifty Greek Lady My laundry, white and colored, comes out nice and bright, without need for bleach. No irritating and annoying scent to make me sneeze. I dont use any other detergent. Best prices at Walmart and Shoprite. You may have to ask for it, sometimes it's not very visible.

DO NOT BUY HERE! AD IS MISLEADING!! Jul 22, 2011
By Sarah This price is WAY over what you will spend on this at a grocery store. Plus it says that the price is $0.02 per ounce, but anyone who can do math should be able to figure out that that statement is a LIE! If it was $0.02/oz the total price would only be $1.52!!

Beware - Extremely High Priced! Apr 08, 2011

I'm new to this product and wasn't aware what the normal cost should be. I bought this from amazon this week for $11.99, and went to Walmart today and they have this same box on their shelf for $3.37!!!! I don't know why this company thinks it's ok to over-charge to this extent, but I will not be making any further purchases from them.
