4Nice addition to my cook books  Jun 28, 2010
By Ellen Holzman
This book has lots of nice recipes for a beginner with solar cooking. I've been afraid to experiment but this cook book makes it easy and gives good tips as well. I didn't think about things like pre-heating my solar oven, for example. Also it's nice to get varying cooking times for full sun and partly cloudy. And there are good examples of ways to play with the recipe. It was a good purchase.
