 Best Potty in town... Apr 22, 2010
First the bad news... The water and waste level indicators on the front of the unit are mostly useless. It is a minor point because levels can be monitored from above. (Say no more).
Other than that, the Potty is a wonderful piece of equipment that operates as advertised... Bravo Visa 268.
One additional word... The waste tank can get quite heavy, so frequent dumpings are recommended. Also, I don't put bathroom tissue in the waste take, but secure the tissues in plastic bags. The addition of tissue in the waste tank causes the flow to be intermittently blocked on clean-out, which makes for a messy clean up. Without tissue in the tank, it makes for an easy chore of dumping...
This is a well designed and built piece of gear that I recommend to anyone needing this type of convenience...

we purchased the Visa 268 Deluxe at least a month ago. We have a 32' Yacht that had a head(toilet) with a 15 gallon holding tank. the problem is that we have to continuously move the yacht and pump out the holding tank at a pump station. After a few days the holding tank releases odors and is a pain in the rear. since purchasing the Visa 268 Deluxe we have removed the complete head and holding tank (trashed it) put the visa 268 in its place. no need to vent the tank, pump out the waste. we just pop the top off, grab the handle and take it to the nearest restroom at the marina, dumping is a breeze and I can tell you this thing is very well sealed. We let it sit for over 2 weeks without sensing the slightest odor. we would highly recommend this product!

Need a second bathroom? Get this thing! Apr 05, 2010
If you need a second bathroom but don't have the time/money/want to avoid the inconvenience of building right now - get this this toilet. It's economical, easy to maintain and incredibly convenient. We were preparing to have guests in our home - but like any other 1-bathroom house this comes with the realization that people typically like a private toilet. Sure, people, friends, family are amenable and handle small inconveniences well...but why make someone wait or have to leave their room to use the toilet in the middle of the night? We stuck this toilet in the closet of our guest room/office and everyone was happy with it. Just between the 2 of us we sometimes use it to avoid kicking the other person out of the bathroom!

Visa 268 Portable Toilet Mar 10, 2010
This is a wonderful product. Easy to clean. Easy to use. Just the right height for those with back problems.
Are 5 years of camping twice a month, our other one finally gave way. (the trap handle broke, everything else still works). We have looked at other models and they do not measure up to the Visa 268.
We highly recommend the Visa 268.

Sanitation Equipment Visa 268 Deluxe Portable Toilet
This is our third portable toilet and after 2 months of use has proved to be the best so far. It has a plunge fresh water pull up handle that seems it will last longer than the accordion type on the last two. It's capacity is much larger and as long as you use the liquid sanitizer, it doesn't require constant emptying and has minimal odor even when open to flush.
