The rocketfish 90W universal AC/DC power source worked just as advertized. I have already used it to charge 4 different laptops of various make and model. It will allow you to charge any laptop or other portable electronic device from a home outlet, a 12V car outlet, or an airplane outlet. It automaticaly adjusts the output voltage to meet the requirements of your electronic device. This will greatly reduce the number of cables I need to take with me when I travel.

The 90W Universal Laptop AC by Rocketfish is one of the more superb products I have had the opportunity to use. My past charger was the factory made HP charger. The poor design of the adapter had the tip wires not connected tightly. This resulted in the loss of power my laptop from the charger. However, the Rocketfish charger has been reliable for the first month I have had this. The product has the many tips which provides a great versatility to the charger, along with the ability to charge in a DC or AC outlet really makes this charger worthwhile. Now with that being said, if your charger is working fine and you do not care about the DC adapter then there is no reason in purchasing this product.

To conclude, Rocketfish has made an outstanding and extremely reliable product that should be purchased if your current charger fails.

Have a sony viao and the charger crapped out. This was a great solution and the extras were a def plus. Plus buying through amazon was at least 50% cheaper than what Best Buy was charging.

I bought this charger, because I like the brand name. But the seller was misleading buyers to think that they are getting the actual item. He advertise the item as a (Rocketfish Power Adapter RF-BPRACDC2). What I actually have in my hand is (Rocketfish(tm) - Slimline Laptop AC Power Adapter with USB Model: RF-BSLAC). Like I mention before, since I like the name brand, I kept it, otherwise, I would of return it right away.

I ordered this when my factory charger burnt out. I was very impressed at how inexpensive this was. As with most people, the price had me concerned about what kind of quality I would be getting. I have been very impressed with it so far. It has lasted twice as long as the factory charger, and also gave me the option to use it in my car. Its still going strong as we speak. Scrap your factory charger and go with this, especially if you travel with your laptop.
