 very poor packing- three tubs damaged for exchanges! refund! Sep 14, 2011

I ordered this and had to exchange- TWICE. The first was damaged- all dented. The second was also dented and had a huge glob of glue dried on to it. The 3rd and final (now ask for refund) was the EXACT SAME tub I had just returned - they just re- packed and sent back! The packaging very poor... no wonder dented. Amazon never responded to my complaints- I expect they will give a refund. I am VERY DISAPPOINTMENT IN AMAZON!

I bought this to contain the root ball of a live Christmas tree. I'd done this years ago with another old washtub I used to have and it worked fine. However, when I placed this particular tree root ball in the tub, the tub seams burst immediately. It could be that this tree's root ball was much bigger and heavier? Maybe I should have bought the next larger size? I honestly can't remember how the other one compared. It could be that they don't make them like they used to OR that they certainly aren't made for this purpose, so I don't blame the product. It seemed to be constructed as well as any I have ever seen.
